We want you to adore your handcrafted Millie Savage pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom commissions and resized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  Email our studio team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Millie Savage velvet box and pouch, ensuring it is safely padded for transit.

  Tracked Shipping

  Send the package back to our Melbourne studio using a reliable, tracked postal service as we are not responsible for lost items.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the piece for wear; approved returns will be processed for credit within 5 business days.
