How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
As most of our pieces are handcrafted to order in our studio, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days.
Can I request a custom ring size?
Yes, we pride ourselves on inclusivity. If you do not see your size listed in the dropdown menu, please select the closest size and include your specific requirements in the 'Notes' section at checkout.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on your jewellery?
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition. Custom or resized pieces are final sale.
What materials do you use in your designs?
We use high-quality materials including solid 9ct and 18ct gold, sterling silver, and ethically sourced gemstones. Each piece is designed to be a lifelong treasure, though we recommend following our care guide to maintain its brilliance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Millie Savage ships worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. We recommend removing your pieces before swimming or exercising and storing them in a cool, dry place inside their original pouch.
